Artist Statement

"The purpose of the posture is to attract attention and impress others. But at the same time it’s a condition related to our state of mind and to our feelings"



My most powerful source of inspiration is the human body.  My art is thoroughly connected to emotion, and the human body the only subject I was passionate about.  I used to go to several life-drawing sessions during the week and from my sketches I distorted the figures and converted them into paintings depending the feeling I was evoking. Watercolour and Oil has been my favourite media.
